As part of the registration process to become our customer, we collect information such as email addresses to deliver information about our stock holding, newsletters, new products and clearance products via MailChimp.   For more information please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing the Data Protection Officer at sales@furniturelinkuk.co.uk.

Recording telephone calls

We record our telephone calls for staff training and quality control. It is made clear every call is recorded and participants have to consent to be recorded.

Telephone call recordings are routinely deleted every 30 days/will not be held longer than 30 days unless it is required as part of a complaint/s management. The telephone recordings are stored on a password protected PC and are protected by IT firewall and anti-virus software. These recordings will not usually be shared outside the company.
